Mosaiq is an architectural as-built outfit, simply focused on saving you time and money, gathering data of existing conditions for properties and built structures. With our national coverage, we're able to deliver everything efficiently and accurately, regardless of where the property is located. In fact, we thrive on multi-site projects, scattered throughout the country.
To-date, well over 5,000,000 SF of properties have been surveyed across the United States, including Hawaii. Alaska coming soon! In the same period, nearly 1,000,000 SF have been scanned and turned into 3D/VR tours. That equates to hundreds and thousands of hours saved. If time = money, just imagine the cost savings as a result.
Our service is backed by decades of collaborations with nearly all sectors of society - including private, residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare and governmental entities. We treat every project with the same level of care, while at the same time catering to each client's objectives.
What We Do
The core service is Architectural as-built surveys. These surveys can ultimately be delivered in different formats, including:
The real magic happens when we're tasked to deliver the Complete Survey, offering designers, architects, engineers and property owners the insights into their projects from every corner. With these tools, any development or real estate venture will begin on a solid foundation.
How we deliver
Everything starts with a connection to discuss your vision and requirements. From there:
- The logistics of the survey is developed, confirming schedules & access to the property
- Scanning, measuring and documenting the property begins
- Processing of data and assets
- "CAD" production to create floor plans, roof plans, elevations, etc
- This may also include registration of 3D Point Cloud models, if that is part of the final scope - Final delivery of files via emailed links and/or cloud/FTP transfers (Dropbox, etc)
